Tracy began as Director of Sales & Marketing at Golden Living in 2009, moving on to roles such as Marketing Director at Providence Senior Center and Assistant Housing Director at Saint Therese. Currently, they serve as Director of Market Development at North Shore Healthcare, LLC. Their expertise lies in marketing, sales, and leadership within the senior living sector.

Tracy Freitag attended St. Cloud State University from 1991 to 1994. Tracy then enrolled at St. Cloud Technical and Community College from 1994 to 1996, majoring in Advertising/Public Relations.
