Natasha David-Hays Licsw

Natasha David-Hays LICSW, LADC1 has extensive experience working in the field of substance abuse and mental health. Natasha David-Hays started their career in 2007 as an Addiction Counselor and Psychiatric Case Manager at the International Center for the Disabled. In this role, they provided counseling services, assisted with administrative tasks, and offered case management support to clients. From 2013 to 2015, Natasha served as the Clinical Director at Argus Community, Inc., overseeing multiple substance abuse facilities and a prevention program for at-risk youth. Most recently, they worked at North Shore Medical Center, where they held the position of Therapist from 2016 to 2017 and later became the Clinical Director of Substance Use Services. In this leadership role, they provided strategic direction and supervision for the substance use services department. Natasha's work experience demonstrates their expertise in substance abuse treatment, management, and clinical supervision.

Natasha David-Hays LICSW, LADC1 holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Casework-Individuals and Families from Hunter College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Medical Anthropology from Bard College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
