Natasha David-Hays LICSW, LADC1 has extensive experience working in the field of substance abuse and mental health. Natasha David-Hays started their career in 2007 as an Addiction Counselor and Psychiatric Case Manager at the International Center for the Disabled. In this role, they provided counseling services, assisted with administrative tasks, and offered case management support to clients. From 2013 to 2015, Natasha served as the Clinical Director at Argus Community, Inc., overseeing multiple substance abuse facilities and a prevention program for at-risk youth.
