Roxanne Worob

Roxanne Worob has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roxanne began their career at Picis, where they started as an Implementation Consultant and was eventually promoted to the position of Quality Control Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer relationships and testing the dietary application.

Roxanne then joined Mass General Brigham in 2003 and held various positions within the organization. Starting as a Project Analyst, Roxanne worked their way up to Senior Manager, gaining experience in information systems management, planning, training, and program management. Roxanne has worked at multiple Mass General Brigham locations, including Brigham and Women's Hospital, Partners Hospice, and Salem Hospital.

Roxanne's expertise in project management is evidenced by their certifications in PMP and CPHIMS. Roxanne also served as the Interim Chief Information Officer at Mass General Brigham before being appointed as the Chief Information Officer at Salem Hospital, where they currently hold the position.

Roxanne Worob has a diverse education history. Roxanne obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Framingham State University in 1994-1997. Roxanne also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nutrition Sciences from the same university, obtained in 1995-1998. Roxanne pursued further education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earning a Graduate Certificate in Health Care Management and Informatics in 2019-2021. Currently, they are working towards completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Care Management and Informatics at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, expected to be completed in 2019-2023. Additionally, Roxanne Worob has obtained certifications such as Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in October 2005 and is eligible for the Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) certification from CHIME, obtained in August 2023. Roxanne also holds the Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) certification from HIMSS and is a Registered Dietitian certified by CDR.
