Oliver Perez

Oliver Perez, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 1999, they worked at St. Vincent's Comprehensive Cancer Center and Aptium Oncology in facility operations roles. In 2005, they became a manager at Vergeo Management, focusing on planning, design, and construction projects for real estate properties. Oliver also managed a real estate management company during the same period, handling property management and financial services for clients. From 2010, Oliver worked at North Shore University Hospital, initially as a Director of Support Services and later as an Assistant Director. Oliver also served as the Manager of Patient Transport Services and Supervisor at the hospital. Additionally, Oliver worked as a licensed real estate agent for EXIT Realty Corp.
