Tom Swink has over three decades of experience in the banking industry. Tom is currently serving as the Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President at The North Side Bank & Trust Company since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at the same company from June 2021 to August 2022. Before joining The North Side Bank & Trust Company, Tom worked at Miami Savings Bank as the Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President from June 2020 to June 2021. Tom also served as the Senior Vice President at Heritage Bank (Northern Kentucky) from February 2019 to June 2020. From 2013 to 2019, Tom worked at Limestone Bank, Inc. as the Head of Retail Banking and Senior Vice President. Tom started their career at Fifth Third Bank in 1988 and held various roles, including Regional Manager, Business Banking Officer, and Banking Center Manager.
Tom Swink attended Xavier University from 1983 to 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Economics.
