John Carrico

John Carrico, SPHR, is an experienced healthcare recruiter and human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently employed as a Healthcare Recruiter at North Star Behavioral Health since February 2022, Carrico has previously held similar roles at Wellpath, focusing on recruitment for various mental health positions. Prior to this, Carrico served as Director of Human Resources at South Peninsula Behavioral Health Services, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, and leadership support. An extensive background in military human resources management includes eight years as a Human Resources Warrant Officer in the Washington Army National Guard and the Alaska Army National Guard, along with service in the United States Marine Corps. Carrico holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Alaska Pacific University.
