Eleazar Serrano

Eleazar Serrano is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in maintenance and controls engineering. Currently serving as a Maintenance Engineer at North Star BlueScope Steel since July 2022, Eleazar previously worked as a Controls Engineer at General Motors from April 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Eleazar was employed by North Star BlueScope Steel from September 2010 to April 2020 as an HSM Controls Engineer, focusing on the maintenance and development of automation systems for the hot strip mill. Eleazar began a career as an Embedded Systems Engineer at Adaptive Micro-Ware from May 2009 to September 2010, where responsibilities included designing and implementing embedded systems using C and VHDL. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Trine University.
