Kristin Morgan is an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner currently working at Springfield Medical Care Systems since May 2020, where significant contributions include piloting an innovative urgent care model during the pandemic and developing partnerships with universities to mentor future APRNs. Kristin holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Duke University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University, complemented by a foundational Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lawrence University. Previous roles include serving in the United States Air Force as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, leading medical teams, and managing care for complex pediatric cases. Kristin also has a diverse background in education and community initiatives, including experience as a Science Teacher with Teach For America and co-founding a positive behavior software application.
