Sean Anderson

Sean Anderson is a highly experienced engineering professional with expertise in research and development, particularly in the field of motion control systems and industrial x-ray scanning devices. Currently serving as Principal Research and Development Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer at North Star Imaging since August 2015, Sean focuses on designing and implementing automated scanning solutions through advanced hardware and software integration. Previous experience includes a role as Design Engineer at Xcel Energy, where collaboration with engineering groups was key to applying standard engineering techniques. Additionally, Sean contributed to software verification processes as an Associate Software Quality Analyst at Data Recognition Corporation and developed an inventory management system during an internship at Rexam Beverage Cans. Sean holds a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
