Kristin Bavolek

Kristin Bavolek is a Financial Services Associate at North Star Resource Group since June 2007, specializing in administrative support, application processing, client communication, and customer service. In this role, Kristin has developed systems for case preparation and document processing while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Previously, Kristin worked as a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative at Larry Reid’s Arrow Pontiac, handling high-volume calls and supporting finance managers with administrative tasks. Kristin also interned at the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office in the Victim/Witness Division, managing extensive caseloads and advocating for victims in court. Kristin holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Metro State University, completed in 2006.
