Amanda Lloyd

Amanda Lloyd, SPHR, currently serves as EVP and Chief People Officer at North State Bank. Amanda is a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic planning and direction-setting for the bank. Amanda oversees various teams including commercial and retail banking, wealth management, human resources, and marketing, and also co-leads the bank's mortgage division. Prior to their role at North State Bank, Amanda held positions at First Citizens Bank and Varian, Inc. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from North Carolina State University.
