Kathy Fielding

Kathy Fielding has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kathy is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer at North Suburban YMCA since May 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Member Engagement, Programs, and Marketing at the same company from August 2011 to May 2020. Kathy also worked as a Private In-Home & Group Tutor for Kaplan Tutoring from October 2009 to August 2011. Kathy Fielding has a background in education as well, having worked as a Teacher at Freemont Middle School from September 2005 to May 2006. Before venturing into the education sector, they worked in the marketing field. Kathy held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at CCC Information Services Inc. from January 2001 to July 2004, and prior to that, they were a Marketing Manager at the same company from July 1999 to January 2001. Kathy started their career as a Marketing Communications Associate at Chicago Title and Trust Company, where they worked from July 1997 to July 1999.

Kathy Fielding completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Loyola University Chicago in 2005. Prior to that, they attended Bradley University from 1992 to 1996. Their high school education was obtained at Mother Theodore Guerin High School from 1988 to 1992, and they completed their primary education at St. Celestine's School from 1980 to 1988.
