Kim (Richardson) Joyce has extensive experience in finance and budgeting. Kim began their career as a Budget & Reimbursement Analyst at Veterans Memorial Medical Center in 1989. Kim then worked as a Budget & Reimbursement Manager at The ADS Group from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they joined Partners HealthCare as a Senior Budget Analyst in 1997. In 1998, they took on the role of CFO at Chelsea Jewish Foundation, formerly known as Aviv Centers for Living and originally JRC, where they worked until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at North Suffolk Mental Health starting from 2017.

Kim Richardson Joyce earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in the field of Business Administration/Accounting from Central Connecticut State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Kim went on to pursue an MBA at Southern New Hampshire University from 1996 to 2000.
