Fernando's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bridgeport, a Licentiate degree in Mental and Social Health Services from H C Wilcox Regional Vocational Technical High School, and a Certified CPR Instructor credential from Im-Pulse - CPR School.
