Jacqueline Baclawski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in mental health therapy and clinical management. Currently serving as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor at North Texas Behavioral Health Authority since March 2021, Jacqueline previously held roles as a Therapist at the Child & Family Guidance Center and as a Clinical Manager/Educator at Elevate Healthcare, LLC. Jacqueline established a flagship counseling clinic at Beacon Care Services, where services were provided to adolescents and adults, and offered community seminars on mental health topics. The North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) is the state designated Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA) for the counties of Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall. NTBHA was created to be a safety net for our behavioral health system of care, which encompasses mental health, substance use, and crisis services for persons eligible for Medicaid and/or public behavioral health funds within our six county region.
