Sean Gilligan is a skilled land developer and renovation expert with extensive experience in residential lot development and home renovation in North Dallas and Fort Worth. Currently serving as a Land Developer, Renovation, and Consulting professional since December 2017, Sean has also been the Business Development Manager at North Texas Contracting since February 2015, where responsibilities include bid scheduling, contract procurement, and relationship management. As a founding partner of The Nodding Donkey since January 2010 and former owner of The Repair Men, Sean specialized in home and commercial renovation and speculative residential remodeling. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager/Developer at Landplan Development, where duties encompassed land management, civil design, contract negotiation, and project management for various developments, including engagement with HOA boards. Sean holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Project Management from Texas A&M University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
