Amitis Meshkani, P.E. has over two decades of experience in civil engineering, specializing in project management and pavement evaluation. Since August 2010, Amitis has served as a Project Engineer at the North Texas Tollway Authority, overseeing maintenance and construction projects, ensuring compliance with GASB 34 standards, and prioritizing public safety. Previous roles include Project Manager at Fugro Consultants, Inc., and Project Engineer at Dynatest Consulting, Inc., where Amitis managed comprehensive pavement evaluation projects and contributed to significant research initiatives.
