Shorty Kessler

Shorty Kessler is an experienced roadway project manager currently working at the North Texas Tollway Authority since May 2019. Previously, Shorty Kessler held the position of Senior Construction Representative at HDR from December 2010 to May 2019, and at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. from September 2005 to December 2010. Kessler also served as Project Manager at Cash Construction Company from January 1995 to September 2005. Earlier in Kessler's career, service in the United States Air Force as a Captain occurred from 1975 to 1981. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University (1973-1977) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
