Sreenidhi Prabhakar

Sreenidhi Prabhakar is an experienced operations and customer service leader with a comprehensive background in managing teams and enhancing service delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at North Texas Tollway Authority since January 2021, Sreenidhi provides leadership to the customer service department.
