Jennifer Kwong-Emery

Jennifer Kwong-Emery is a teacher with a background in humanities, ELL, and First Nations support. Jennifer has worked in various roles at North Vancouver School District #44, as well as at Lowell High School as a summer school instructor. Jennifer has also served as a Shift Supervisor at Vancouver's Union Gospel Mission and has experience in creating and implementing graduation transition plans for international students at Vancouver International College. Their previous role as Youth Centre Coordinator at Parkgate Community Centre involved leading a staff team to support youth in the community and organizing various events and workshops. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Simon Fraser University and has completed the Indigenous Perspectives Teacher Education Module.
