Emma Degg

Emma Degg MBE FRSA serves as the Chief Executive and Policy Advisor for the North West Business Leadership Team since February 2016, an independent organization focused on sustainable economic development in the North West of England. Previously, Emma held leadership roles at Wirral Borough Council from March 2005 to July 2015, overseeing community engagement and communication initiatives, as well as neighbourhoods and engagement. Additionally, Emma worked as the Head of Public Relations at the Northwest Development Agency from 2000 to 2005. Emma completed a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and English Literature at the University of Chester between 1991 and 1994.
