Toghrul Rahimli

Toghrul Rahimli has a strong background in management and quality assurance. Toghrul began their career at Azerenerji OJSC in 2010, where they held various positions in the Automation of Management System Division and Strategic Development Department. In 2015, Rahimli joined North West Construction LLC, where they initially worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer before being promoted to Head of Monitoring Division in the QA/QC Department. Toghrul then served as the Internal Audit Manager and Head of the Internal Audit Department. Toghrul'swork experience includes roles in quality assurance, automation, and strategic development.

Toghrul Rahimli has a solid educational background in computer sciences and engineering. Toghrul first pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences and Computer Facilities at Azerbaijan Technical University from 2001 to 2005. Toghrul then went on to further their studies and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Sciences and Engineering from Khazar University between 2005 and 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Toghrul Rahimli has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2010, they received a Certificate for Internal Audit in Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2000) from Zygon Caspian Consulting in Baku, Azerbaijan. Toghrul further acquired expertise in Oracle 10g Database Administration through a program offered by STIMUL Education & Consulting in August 2011. Toghrul Rahimli also completed a Strategic Management and Planning course at the "Alianz" Education Center in November 2012.

Continuing their pursuit of professional development, Toghrul Rahimli obtained a Project Management (PMP) certification from GRBS International in December 2016. In January 2017, they received a QMS Lead Auditor qualification from the Bureau Veritas Group. Later in the same year, they completed the Managers Training Program conducted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in November 2017.

Finally, in March 2019, Toghrul Rahimli accomplished the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (part 1) certification through Headstart, further augmenting their knowledge and skills in the field. Overall, their strong educational background and numerous certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the technology and management fields.
