Danielle McDermott

Danielle McDermott is an experienced professional with a robust background in change management and engineering delivery, currently serving as Product Change Manager and previously as Business Change Manager at Electricity North West since September 2013. In these roles, Danielle has led corporate change management across multiple directorates, overseeing a £24 million portfolio while managing operational activities within the South Peak region as Engineering Delivery Manager. Danielle's earlier experience includes serving as Network Restoration Manager, responsible for a team of 24 staff and budget accountability. Prior to Electricity North West, Danielle held the position of Team Leader at H20 Water Services from October 2010 to August 2013. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Sociology from Leeds Beckett University.
