Gillian Moss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Gillian started their career as an SV at Pearson plc in 2007 and remained in that role until 2013. In 2010, they joined Stafford College as a Faculty Manager, where they gained significant experience in delivering further and higher education to a high standard. Gillian also held roles as a Curriculum Area Manager and Head of Higher Education during their time at Stafford College. In 2013, Gillian worked as an External Examiner at the University of Cumbria, ensuring academic standards for Business awards were maintained. Gillian then moved on to Newcastle Stafford Colleges Group in 2016 as an Assistant Director. In 2017, Gillian joined North West Regional College as the Head of Student Services and later became the Head of Client Services in November 2021. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, successful curriculum development, and implementation of operational plans.
Gillian Moss received their Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Keele University in 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Staffordshire University between 2009 and 2011. Continuing their studies, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Educational Leadership from Staffordshire University, completed between 2012 and 2015.
