Bob Dew

Bob Dew has served as the Human Resources Manager at North West Rubber since March 2007. In this role, Bob oversees essential HR functions including the maintenance of HR policies and practices, full-cycle payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee safety and relations. Bob holds a certification in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
