The North Westchester Restorative Therapy and Nursing Center focus is on the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team of experienced, board-certified physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians and physical occupational, recreational and speech therapists. Each patient’s medical, social and emotional needs are met through an individualized care plan, which is monitored by each member of the team and adjusted as necessary to promote recovery.
