Debra Morrow

Debra Morrow, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at North Wind Group since August 2020. Previously, Morrow held the position of Human Resources Manager for Akima Infrastructure Services, overseeing Employee Relations programs for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory program office from September 2014 to August 2020. Prior roles include interim Human Resources Manager at Simmons Bedding Company in May to August 2014 and Human Resources Business Partner at Safeway, Inc., where Morrow supported over 3,600 employees from October 2008 to April 2014. Morrow possesses a strong background in employee relations, compliance training, and HR infrastructure development. Education was completed at St. Mary’s College.
