Michelle McGarry

Michelle McGarry has extensive experience in proposal management and data management in environmental services. Since September 2010, Michelle has served as Proposal Manager at North Wind Group, overseeing the preparation of successful proposals resulting in contracts exceeding $70 million and generating over $12.5 million in revenue. Prior to this role, Michelle worked from 2004 to 2010 as Analytical and Data Management Services Manager at North Wind Group, where responsibilities included establishing standardized quality and data management procedures. Earlier experience includes a position as Technical Specialist/Project Manager within the same organization, focusing on waste management projects at the Rocky Flats Plant. Michelle's career began at Idaho National Laboratory, where from 1992 to 2004, responsibilities included leading data management initiatives and implementing the Environmental Management Electronic Data Deliverable system.
