Jim Deboer

Jim DeBoer is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in hypersonic research, vehicle design, and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at North Wind and Chief Science Officer for the White Lake Association, Jim is involved in innovative projects focused on water quality and environmental sustainability. As the owner of Velocity Made Best, L.L.C. and Precision Counter-Measures, LLC, Jim has successfully developed hydro-foiling sailboats and various countertop applications. Previous roles at Raytheon Missiles & Defense include leading teams through critical design reviews and developing proprietary systems, showcasing a strong background in engineering management and technical design. Jim holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
