Sajid Rahman

Sajid (Saj) Rahman, CD, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Corporate & Community Partnerships at North York General Foundation since April 2024. With extensive experience in community outreach, Rahman has been a Community Outreach Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces since October 1999, holding various roles including General Safety Officer and Harassment Advisor. In addition to consulting through a sole proprietorship in event management since 2010, Rahman was a Director at True Patriot Love Foundation, driving corporate partnerships to support military veterans from September 2018 to April 2024. Previous experience includes show management for Canada's largest disability exhibition and advisory board membership for Special Olympics Toronto. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Sociology, and History from the University of Toronto and a Human Resources certificate from Centennial College.
