Michelle Hannikainen

Michelle Hannikainen is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in patient advocacy and social media management. Currently serving as a Social Media Manager at the Junior League of Toronto since June 2023 and a Patient Experience Partner at North York General Hospital since November 2012, Michelle provides valuable insights from a patient and family perspective on multiple healthcare initiatives. Michelle has held various roles at Robert Half from 2002 to 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Associate, specializing in financial services recruitment. Additionally, Michelle has actively contributed to numerous committees and working groups, particularly within the Junior League of Toronto, fostering leadership and community improvement through volunteerism.
