Marc P. Singer currently serves as the Provost and Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at Northampton Community College. Previous roles include Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs at SUNY Sullivan, where Marc served as Officer-in-Charge, and Interim Director of the Petrocelli Center for Continuing Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University. As the Founding Dean of the School of Undergraduate Studies at Golden Gate University, Marc focused on adult and nontraditional learners, overseeing curriculum development and strategic program implementation. Marc also held the position of Vice Provost at Thomas Edison State University, managing prior learning assessment and alternative credit pathways, and worked with the College Board and Educational Testing Service in various academic initiatives. In addition to academic roles, Marc has experience as a freelance historian and writer, curating museum exhibits and contributing to historical publications. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Distance Education from Athabasca University and an M.Phil in American Studies from New York University, among others.
