Lee Garlick is an experienced professional in the field of football coaching and education. Currently serving as the FEP Coaching Lead at Northampton Town Football Club since March 2023, Lee is also an Associate Lecturer at the University of Northampton. With a long history at The Football Association as a Coach Mentor since July 2016, previous roles include Assistant Lead Youth Development Phase Coach at West Bromwich Albion Football Club from June 2019 to March 2023 and Head of Coaching at Northampton Town Football Club from August 2016 to June 2019. Lee's career began in football development with the Northampton Town F.C. Football in the Community Programme from April 2010 to February 2012. Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
