Benjamin Howe has extensive work experience primarily in the field of law enforcement. Benjamin started their career as a Police Officer at Northamptonshire Police in 2004 and held various positions, including Detective Sergeant in the Violent Crime Team and the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). Benjamin received commendations for their leadership and dedication in solving complex cases. Benjamin also served as a Detective Inspector in the Force Intelligence Bureau and the Dedicated Source Unit, where they were responsible for managing teams and developing strategic intelligence. Additionally, they had temporary higher responsibilities as an Acting Detective Inspector in the Criminal Investigation Department. Prior to joining the police force, Benjamin worked as a Youth Leader in an Outdoor Activity Programme at Northamptonshire County Council, where they worked with young people from diverse backgrounds.

Benjamin Howe attended Bedford College from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science. The diploma covered various subjects such as Human Anatomy, Biomechanics, Sports Psychology, Coaching, and Nutrition. Additionally, Benjamin also attended Rushden School, although it is unclear when this occurred and whether they obtained any specific degree or field of study from that institution.
