James Collison

James Collison has extensive experience in IT support and application deployment, currently serving as an Application Deployment Engineer for Northamptonshire Police, Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service, and Northamptonshire OPFCC since November 2021. Prior to these roles, James worked at Northamptonshire Police from October 2016 to October 2021 in positions such as Service Operations Analyst and Application Support Technician, contributing to a high-volume IT support desk. Previous experience includes working as a Service Desk Analyst at Travis Perkins from February 2013 to October 2016, providing first and second-line support. James began a career in various retail and security roles from October 2005 to February 2013, developing strong customer service and management advisory skills. James completed education at Campion School Bugbrooke from 2000 to 2005.
