Karl Campbell

Karl Campbell is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer care and management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Care for Electrolux Professional since November 2020, Karl is responsible for leading the Customer Care Department in the UK and Ireland. Additionally, since January 2021, Karl has been a Customer Experience Manager and Special Constable for Northamptonshire Police, where support is provided to the police force as a response officer. Prior to these roles, Karl held various managerial positions at Wickes from October 2002 to September 2020, including Multi-Channel Outsourcing Contract Manager and Retail Services Development Manager. Karl began a career in management as General Manager at Courts Furnishers from April 1999 to October 2002, following an education at the University of Northampton from 2000 to 2002.
