Michael Fletcher

Michael Fletcher has extensive experience in law enforcement, primarily with Leicestershire Police from 1990 to 2021, where roles included Chief Inspector for Strategy and Operational Delivery, overseeing neighbourhood policing and managing teams of 450 staff. Michael also served as a Detective Inspector focusing on integrated offender management and public protection management, as well as holding positions in risk management and operational response. Since May 2022, Michael has been Project Manager for Corporate Change Programmes at Northamptonshire Police, focusing on MS365 implementation and intranet development. Michael's educational background includes leadership and management training from institutions such as the Chartered Management Institute and the College of Policing.
