Rebecca DankowychSmith is an experienced professional in the field of community engagement and strategic analysis, currently serving as a Business Insight Analyst and previously as a Strategy and Engagement Analyst at Northamptonshire Police since March 2019. Prior roles at Northamptonshire Police included Partnership Officer and Project & Improvement Officer, where Rebecca managed initiatives under Programme Aspire to implement community-led problem solving approaches.
