Christopher Smith

Christopher Smith, PharmD, BCOP, serves as a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist and Clinical Pharmacist at NorthBay Healthcare since July 2013. Previous experience includes a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Mercy San Juan Medical Center from July 2012 to June 2013 and pharmacy internships at NorthBay Healthcare and Consonus Healthcare from 2010 to 2012 and 2009 to 2010, respectively. Christopher obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Touro University, Vallejo, in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2002.
