Elnora Cameron

Elnora Cameron is an experienced professional in healthcare management and strategic development, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Development at NorthBay Healthcare since 1987, where responsibilities include managing departments such as strategic planning and business development, and also leading the innovation subsidiary, NorthBay Health Advantage. As Chair and a founding member of the Board of Directors for Western Health Advantage since 1999, Elnora has provided leadership and mediation on organizational strategies. Additionally, Elnora served as a Board Member for Partnership HealthPlan of California from 1996 to 2013, contributing to leadership for a large low-income population. Elnora holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in South Asian Studies, both from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
