Mia Kim

Mia Kim is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy at NorthBay Health since May 2023, overseeing inpatient pharmaceutical services and regulatory compliance. Previously, Mia held similar leadership roles at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital, Sutter Lakeside Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital, where responsibilities included operational upgrades, clinical services, and compliance. Earlier career positions included Pharmacy Manager roles at West Suburban Medical Center, where Mia focused on medication safety and process improvements, and as a Clinical Pharmacist, collaborating with physicians on medication management.
