Morgan Jolley

Morgan Jolley serves as the AVP of Strategy, Business Development, Real Estate & Construction at NorthBay Healthcare since September 2020, directing strategic planning and development for an $800M integrated health system. Responsibilities include market assessment, implementing an analytics platform, developing a three-year strategic plan, and managing real estate projects totaling over 900,000 sq ft. Before NorthBay, Morgan held several roles at Providence from 2013 to 2020, including Regional Director of Strategy & Business Development and Regional Operations Manager, overseeing strategic initiatives for a network serving 1.1 million people. Morgan's early career includes participation in an Administrative Fellowship and a Graduate Student Consultant internship at Kaiser Permanente. Educational achievements include a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
