Amir Ali, PMP, is a Senior Technical Project Manager at NorthBay Solutions, with a tenure beginning in July 2010, specializing in advanced technologies such as ChatGPT for chatbot development, semantic and lexical search utilizing embeddings, NLP, and database technologies. Amir has expertise in machine learning classification, HTML document parsing with regular expressions, and AWS infrastructure management. Prior to NorthBay Solutions, Amir held various positions including Technical Project Manager, Staff Software Engineer (Associate PM), and Principal Software Engineer, as well as Senior Software Engineer roles at Genie Technologies, Systems Ltd., and Lone Star Technologies. Amir holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, earned between 2001 and 2003.
