Kazim Ali

Kazim Ali has extensive experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Kazim currently works as the Director of HR at NorthBay Solutions, where they are responsible for global headcount planning and leading a team of technical recruiters. Previously, they held the role of Associate Director HR at NorthBay - Pakistan. Prior to that, Kazim served as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Organization Development at Outfitters Stores, where they formulated recruitment strategies and focused on employee engagement and development. Kazim has also worked as an HR Manager at NorthBay Solutions, specializing in hiring technical resources. Additionally, Kazim has work experience as an HR Analyst at Jobfox, where they analyzed and recommended resumes to potential employers, and as a Relationship Manager at Barclays Bank, where they developed a significant pipeline for new business. Kazim began their career as an Admin & HR Coordinator at ArtWorld Communications, where they provided HR support and implemented policies and procedures.

Kazim Ali's education history includes several notable milestones. In 2001, they attended Government College Of Science Lahore, where they completed their FSc degree in Pre-Engineering in 2003. Subsequently, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of the Punjab, from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a BSc in Mathematics and Physics, focusing on the field of science.

Continuing their educational journey, Kazim enrolled at Superior University Lahore in 2005 and completed their MBA degree in Marketing & HR in 2007, equipping himself with skills and knowledge in these fields.

More recently, in 2020, Kazim Ali participated in the Entrepreneurship Essentials program offered by Harvard Business School Online, further expanding their understanding of entrepreneurship.
