Katrina Uyan

Katrina Uyan has worked in various roles since 2005. Katrina began their career at GUESS?, Inc. as an Area General Manager in the Greater Los Angeles area, where they built strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability. Katrina then moved on to Product Commercial Manager for the West Coast Region, where they specialized in Women's Apparel and Accessories. In this role, they analyzed trends by market and ensured field teams were trained on inspiration, features and benefits to increase revenue. Following this, they served as a District Manager for California, Washington and Arizona, resulting in a 30% increase in sales from the previous year. In 2017, Katrina joined Tesla as a Content Manager for External Affairs & Employee Experience, where they provided partnership and collaboration with executive leadership on employee performance, engagement strategies and developed solutions. Katrina also led content development and execution for employee-facing projects. In 2021, Katrina moved on to Face Haus as the Director of Operations and is currently the Chief Of Staff at Northbeam.

Katrina Uyan attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
