Jim Gilchrist

Jim Gilchrist began their work experience as a Football Intern and Assistant Recruiting Coordinator at Fordham University in 2014. Jim then worked as a Seasonal Coaches Video Intern at the New York Jets in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Jim held various roles at Lafayette College, including Director of Football Operations and Director of Football Operations & Recruiting. Currently, Jim is working as an Associate Director at Northbound Executive Search, where they focus on recruiting high-performing professionals in the NYC metro region.

Jim Gilchrist received their Bachelor's Degree in American Studies with a concentration in Power, Politics, and Institutions from Fordham University, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Carmel High School from 2012 to 2014.
