Jenn Dumaran is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong focus on employee engagement and multi-channel communication strategies. Currently serving as an Employee Events & Initiatives Consultant at Northbridge Financial Corporation since July 2022, Jenn promotes a people-first culture through integrated events and communications.
