Jessica Regan

Jessica Regan is a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Specialist at Northbridge Financial Corporation and a Board Member at Hey Black Girl!, focusing on the advancement of Black women. Previously, Jessica served as a Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisor at Bloom and an Instructor at St. Clair College, where responsibilities included developing and teaching courses related to social service work and cultural diversity. As an Anti-Oppressive Educator, Jessica facilitated workshops on anti-black racism and mental health advocacy across various educational institutions. With a strong background in social work and community engagement, Jessica has also held roles that involved coordinating programs and providing support to diverse student populations. Jessica Regan earned a Bachelor's of Social Work Honours degree from the University of Windsor.
