Kathy Kwan CAIB, CIP, FCIP is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims adjustment and insurance advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Field Claims Adjuster at Northbridge Financial Corporation since June 2022, Kathy has previously held positions at Square One Insurance Services, RBC Insurance, and several other insurance firms. Kathy's career began at Federated Insurance Company of Canada as an Underwriting Assistant and Customer Service Representative. Kathy holds multiple qualifications, including a Business Management Certificate from Simon Fraser University, LLQP from Business Career College, FCIP from Simon Fraser University, CIP from the Insurance Institute of BC, and CAIB from the Insurance Brokers Association of BC (IBABC).
