Paul Krpan

Paul Krpan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and privacy. Since April 2005, Paul has held various roles at Northbridge Financial Corporation, currently serving as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officer. In addition to these responsibilities, Paul has been serving as Treasurer for the ACC Ontario Chapter since April 2007, contributing to the interests of in-house counsel worldwide. Prior to Northbridge, Paul worked at The Citadel General Assurance Company from 1994 to 2005 in multiple capacities, including Counsel and Compliance Officer, and began his legal career as an Articling Student at RBC in 1992-1993. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, and a Diplome de langue in French Studies from Aix-Marseille University.
